What is a Resolution Management Conference?
Typically a judge sets a resolution management conference and sends the parties a day and time to appear telephonically.
In most cases, the conference is set for 15 minutes.
A Resolution Management Conference is a non evidentiary hearing where parties tell the judge what the status is, what the issues are, what their position is as to each issue and when a hearing should be scheduled.
Parties are required to prepare and file a Resolution Management Conference Statement setting the forth the information listed above.
